may be entered in the Script Competition. Scripts submitted to the festival must have been completed for credit in an official CCA course during the period of Jan 1, 2023 – April 1, 2024
Films
Deadline for Film Entry April 18th - 6PM
NOTE - The deadline for short film entry is April 18th!!! Not the 17th as listed on the Filmfreeway site. Use this code UMCANES2024Waiver to enter your film through the 18th.
Films/videos submitted to screen at the Festival must have been completed for credit in an official CCA course during the period of Jan 1, 2023 – April 15, 2024. Only films under 20 minutes will be accepted.
Judges could be looking at the films anytime between April 18- May 1. We encourage you to update your film on the same link you provide on FilmFreeway up to the screening date (don’t change the link!).
ALL FILMS WILL HAVE A LIVE SCREENING AT THE COSFORD CINEMA at the University of Miami!!
(films will be screened from the links provided allowing students to work on their films up to the screening)
Screening Schedule will be announced April 28th.
Awards will be announced on Sunday Night after the last film. Stay Tuned.
